Kay Warren is a professional mortgage broker originally from Hampton-Newport News area of Virginia. She relocated to South Florida in 1983.
Her career has expanded more then three decades and thre states: Virginia, North Carolina and Florida. Her main focus is residential lending, ranging from the first-time home buyer to the more experienced investor. During her years in the business she has worked in almost every phase of the mortgage industry. In April, 2007 she merged her company K Warren Mortgage Group, with Alliance Mortgage Funding, Inc.
In addition to being an active mortgage broker, Kay is active in many industry related associations as well as local charitable and political groups.
